This listing is for the replacement wax cartridges and/or magnetic connector rings for the Atmos Micro Pal.  You can choose the option you would like from the menu.  The replacement cartridge does come with the smaller magnetic connector ring.  The magnetic connector ring options includes the smaller ring that the wax cartridge comes with as well as the larger ring that allows you to use shorter wax cartridges with the Micro Pal.
